“How to Measure Your Wrist for Stretch and Toggle Bracelets”

Do you know the size of your wrist? Take a tape measure and wrap it around your wrist. After doing some research, you take your measurement size, a add 1/2 inch to 1 inch more, to your size number.

You don’t want to you wear your exact measurement size, it will be to snug/tight.

My wrist size is a 6.5 and a 7.25-7.50, fits my wrist comfy.

Larger beads above an 8mm in size are bulky. I go

a little smaller in size, because of the weight and bulk of the bracelet,

it maybe to big on your wrist.
